Queen of Alignment

Caroline brings 14 years of yoga practice into all her teachings as well as learnings in the university of life. Having spent four years as an officer cadet in the ULOTC she learnt the art of speaking confidently in front of people.

She holds a foundation certificate from the British Wheel of Yoga under Jane Farrimond. Having attended her first 200hr teacher training course in Rishikesh, India in March 2014 at Himalayan Tapovanam. She completed a 500hr Advanced Teacher Training under international Gurus Kamal Singh and Sunil Sharma at Tattvaa Yogashala again in Rishikesh deepening her practice further.

She has taught in The Philippines, Africa as well as the UK.

Bringing together asana practice with a combination of pranayama and meditation, she has developed a devoted passion for empowerment. Caroline channels her knowledge of the practice with a glowing positivity to enthuse her classes with an uplifting spirit.

Ever growing in her practice, she seeks to incorporate not only the body in her teaching, but mind and soul. Her belief that yoga can heal both external ailments as well as internal translates in her teachings as an all encompassing holistic experience.

She understands that everyone is different  and believes that everyone needs a helping hand once in a while to find their quiet strength within.

No two classes are the same under Caroline's guidance, as she looks to incorporate individualised feedback and support to each and every student. Creating a feeling of a private class within a group setting.

A fundamental part of this learning process is understanding that the physical asana practice is only the first step of yoga. The next step - the fun stuff - is getting to know yourself.

Blockages in the mind manifest in the body.

You will work hard both physically and mentally.  You will leave feeling fitter, less stressed and more flexible and connected with your amazingness.

“More than yoga.”
When I started doing yoga I just wanted a stronger body but Caroline has a unique and an extremely wise way of teaching and after a few weeks (of attending the class) my life started to change, or more correctly, I started to change. I became more aware of my strengths and weaknesses, both physical and mental. With a gentle but honest guidance from my teacher I found myself overcoming obstacles I didn’t even knew I was struggling with - all because of Caroline and her yoga classes. I am forever grateful for all the energy, time and emotional commitment Caroline put into us, her students. May your light shine worldwide and continue changing peoples lives, the way you changed mine.

Hi Caroline! You probably don’t remember me, but I met you almost two years ago in Siargao. I was in your yoga class! And because of you I kind of found yoga. After Siargao I have been in many different yoga class and met many different yoga teacher. But haven’t met teacher like you. Now I’m going to do my yoga teacher training in Bali. And I need to say, not in any class I have felt that good than yours. Not just physically good, but something happened in my mind. I’m quite lazy person and didn’t like to get up early, but I still remember that I wanted to get up for your class because I felt so great in myself after and during your class. You really are great teacher. You gave me more than you can imagine. I’m bit nervous to do that yoga teacher training and have been trying to find the motivation to do that. And then I remembered you, if I could ever do that for someone or be that person to someone, I’m more than happy to do the teacher training. You are huge inspiration! Thank you ❤
